ELECTIONS, AMENDMENTS, AND RESOLUTIONS

Each chartered club in good standing shall be entitled to three (3) delegates, two (2) of whom should be the Club President and President-Elect. Alternates should also be chosen for each delegate, including the President and President-Elect.
Approved delegates may vote in elections and on proposed amendments and resolutions. Each delegate is entitled to cast one vote and in his/her absence his/her alternate may cast one vote. THERE SHALL BE NO VOTING BY PROXY.
Complete the form and send to the Georgia District Office by either email at [email protected] or mail the form here: Georgia District Office of Kiwanis, P. O. Box 6618, Macon, GA 31208. This form does not constitute a convention registration. You must register for convention through the registration link.
Completed form is due by July 9, 2025
