What is Kiwanis?
Kiwanis is a global family of volunteers who share one goal: helping children thrive.
Through local service projects, community partnerships and youth programs, Kiwanians are creating brighter futures for children — while building friendships and having fun along the way.
From fighting hunger and improving literacy to supporting schools, families and neighborhoods, Kids Need Kiwanis — and Kiwanis is there to help.

KIWANIS IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE ACROSS GEORGIA
100+ YEARS
of service in Georgia 140+ CLUBS serving communities THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN supported through Kiwanis service |
Georgia Kiwanis has been serving communities since 1919.
What began with clubs in Atlanta, Columbus and Rome has grown into a statewide network of Kiwanians committed to serving children, developing young leaders and strengthening communities. Across Georgia, our members are ordinary people doing extraordinary things — tutoring students, supporting families, improving neighborhoods, building playgrounds, organizing community programs and creating opportunities for children to succeed. Georgia Kiwanians continue to make a difference by willingly performing countless projects to help develop the children within our communities to become the future leaders of tomorrow. Together, we can accomplish far more than any one of us could accomplish alone. |
